J2 Healthcare was founded on a simple frustration: psychiatric appointments had gotten so short that people were leaving with a prescription and no understanding of it. We keep the panel small so visits stay long enough to be useful.

Theresah holds a Master of Science in Nursing and is board certified as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She works with patients of all ages across the full range of outpatient psychiatry — depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, OCD, psychosis, substance use and more — combining psychotherapy and counseling with medication management done carefully.
Her patients tend to describe her the same way: calm, direct, and unwilling to rush. That's the point.
