A small practice, on purpose.
J2 Healthcare was founded on a simple frustration: psychiatric appointments had gotten so short that people were leaving with a prescription and no understanding of it. We keep the panel small so visits stay long enough to be useful.

Enestine Tasong, DNP, PMHNP-BC
Enestine holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree and is board certified as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She works with adults across the full range of outpatient psychiatry — attention and focus concerns, anxiety, depression, bipolar and other mood disorders, and personality-related difficulties — with a particular focus on medication management done carefully.
Her patients tend to describe her the same way: calm, direct, and unwilling to rush. That's the point.
Four things we hold to
Nothing prescribed before it's explained
You should be able to say what a medication is for, how long it takes, and what to watch for before you fill it.
Appointments long enough to matter
First visits run close to an hour and follow-ups aren't rushed. A fifteen-minute med check can't catch what's actually changed.
We work with your therapist
Medication and therapy do different jobs. We coordinate with therapists and primary care rather than working in isolation.
Access between visits
Refills, side effects, and questions get a real answer from the practice — not a queue.
Licensure & service area
