Services

What we offer

Outpatient psychiatric services for adults, available in person in Columbus or by secure video anywhere in Ohio.

Psychotherapy

Structured talk therapy for depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and the things that are harder to name. Sessions are unhurried, and the approach is matched to you rather than to a manual — we draw on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing among others.

In person, telepsych or home visit

Medication management

If medication is part of your plan, we treat it as an ongoing conversation rather than a one-time decision. That means starting low where it makes sense, checking in on how you actually feel, and adjusting until the balance between benefit and side effects is one you can live with. Refills and pharmacy coordination are handled between visits.

Counseling services

Counseling runs alongside the rest of your care rather than separately from it. That includes individual sessions, group counseling, and family therapy where the people around you are part of the picture — because recovery rarely happens in isolation.

Individual, group and family

Psychological assessment & evaluation

A thorough assessment of history, current symptoms, sleep, substances, medical conditions and what you want to be different. You leave with an explanation of what we think is going on and a plan you have agreed to — not a prescription handed over at the door.

Typically 50–60 minutes

Medical weight loss

Medically supervised support for reaching and holding a healthy weight, planned around your medical history, current medications and goals. Mental health and weight are often tangled together, and treating them in one practice means neither gets handled in isolation.

Ongoing, with regular review

Substance use treatment

Support for substance use disorder (SUD) and alcohol addiction, combining treatment with education and behavioral therapy. Care may include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, individual and group counseling, and family therapy.
