Conditions we treat

If it's affecting your day, it's worth bringing up.

These are the areas we work with most often. You don't need a diagnosis before you call — figuring that out together is part of the first visit.

ADHD

Attention difficulties look different in adults than the classroom stereotype: missed deadlines, a full inbox you can't face, an hour lost before you start. We assess thoroughly before diagnosing, and treatment can include stimulant or non-stimulant medication alongside practical structure.

Anxiety

Worry that won't switch off, a body that stays braced, or panic that shows up without warning. Treatment usually combines medication with therapy, and we'll be clear with you about which medications are meant for the short term and which are for the long haul.

Bipolar disorder

Episodes of elevated energy and low mood that go beyond ordinary ups and downs. Care focuses on stability: finding a mood-stabilizing regimen you tolerate, tracking early warning signs, and protecting sleep, which matters more here than most people expect.

Borderline personality (BPD)

Emotions that arrive fast and hard, relationships that feel unsteady, and a self-image that shifts. This is treatable, and it's usually treated best with skills-based therapy — we manage medication for co-occurring symptoms and coordinate closely with your therapist.

Depression

Depression is more often flatness and exhaustion than sadness. We look at what's driving it — sleep, thyroid, grief, medication side effects, life circumstances — and treat accordingly, adjusting until you notice a real difference rather than settling for slightly better.

Mood disorders

Not everything sorts cleanly into a diagnosis, and it doesn't have to before you get help. If your mood has changed in a way that's affecting work, sleep, or the people around you, that's reason enough to come in.

This page is general information, not a diagnosis. If you're in crisis right now, call or text 988 or go to your nearest emergency room.
